Practices

Continuous improvement is a vital practice at our factory, as we believe that ongoing improvement of processes, products, programs, and services is crucial for achieving excellence. We implement a range of practices to support continuous improvement, including:

  1. 5S: Our workplace organization rules, based on the principles of lean manufacturing, are designed to increase efficiency and productivity. These include:
    Sort: eliminating materials that do not belong in the work area;
    Straighten: arranging tools and other items for ease of use;
    Shine (or scrub): maintaining a high level of cleanliness;
    Standardize: creating a systematic plan to perform the first three steps;
    Sustain: devising methods to turn performing the steps on an ongoing basis into a habit.
  2. Six Sigma Practices: We analyze problems and processes statistically to improve performance, using tools such as Fishbone Diagrams, Control Charts, Pareto Charts, and Histograms. This approach helps us to identify and eliminate defects and minimize variability in our products.
  3. Root Cause Analysis: We use this process improvement tool to examine individual processes within a system, identify control or decision points, and determine the reasons for variations in the process paths. By asking a series of “why?” questions, we can identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.

We are committed to continuous improvement, and we regularly review our processes, products, programs, and services to identify areas for improvement. By implementing best practices and embracing innovation, we strive to provide our customers with the highest-quality products and services possible.
